1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pk63 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk63 platform available at pk63.club and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and related services.

By accessing the pk63 website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any pk63 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the pk63 platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk63 platform and, if registered, request closure of your account.

2. Eligibility

Use of the pk63 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk63 does not permit use of its platform by minors under any circumstances. We actively enforce age verification via KYC and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities may not register as users of pk63.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register, cooling-off list, or equivalent responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.

pk63 reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are found not to be met, and to retain any funds where statutory or regulatory requirements so necessitate.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of pk63, you must create a single registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address where requested.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Creating more than one pk63 account per person. If duplicate accounts are detected, the Company reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your pk63 account, including family members. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or at any subsequent point.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk63 login credentials. You must notify pk63 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your pk63 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to applicable identity verification and anti-money laundering requirements being satisfied.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

pk63 operates mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures in compliance with responsible gaming standards and fraud prevention requirements. All users must complete KYC verification before:

• Processing their first withdrawal from pk63;
• Reaching cumulative deposit thresholds specified by the Company from time to time;
• Where the Company reasonably suspects the need to verify identity for fraud, money laundering, or responsible gaming purposes.

KYC verification at pk63 requires submission of: (a) a clear photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides); and (b) a recent selfie holding your CNIC or following the verification method specified at the time of verification. Additional documentation (proof of address, payment method verification) may be requested at the Company's discretion.

pk63 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documents have been received and approved. The Company will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 hours of submission.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

pk63 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are credited to your pk63 balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within standard banking processing times.

pk63 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the original payment source.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from pk63 are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses; and (c) satisfaction of standard anti-money laundering checks. pk63 reserves the right to request withdrawal back to the original payment source in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa — typically 15–30 minutes post-approval; bank transfers — 1–4 business hours; USDT TRC20 — 10–20 minutes subject to network conditions. Quoted times are indicative and not guaranteed.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, and transactions at pk63 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by pk63 at the time of the transaction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk63 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions applicable across all pk63 promotions:

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is Rs 500 per round or spin, unless a higher limit is specifically stated in the promotion terms.
• pk63 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, abuse, or in breach of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on pk63 are governed by the specific game rules, sports betting rules, and house rules applicable to each game or market, as published within the game lobby or betting interface. In all cases of conflict between general platform rules and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

pk63 reserves the right to void, amend, or suspend any bet or market where:

• A technical error or manifest pricing error has occurred;
• There is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, collusion, or integrity compromise;
• The outcome has been determined by an event outside the normal parameters of the relevant sport or game;
• Regulatory or licensing requirements necessitate such action.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk63 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, circumvent game mechanics, or exploit platform features;
• Engaging in arbitrage, match betting against pk63, or any systematic exploitation of promotions in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play;
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to circumvent house rules in live poker, table games, or any multi-player environment;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using pk63 for money laundering purposes;

• Attempting to access the pk63 platform systems beyond your authorised user access, or attempting to interfere with platform security;
• Engaging in any form of harassment or abusive behaviour toward pk63 staff or other users.

9. Responsible Gaming

pk63 is committed to responsible gaming and provides a suite of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered users within the account settings panel and include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk63 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk63 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the pk63 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings as a result of technical errors, platform downtime, or connectivity failures;

pk63's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of verified deposits made by that user in the 30 calendar days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pk63 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the pk63 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using pk63 and request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which the pk63 platform operates.
